When it comes to the listing process, at Victoria Park Real Estate Ltd. we go to the full extent to help our sellers get the best price possible. We assist with minor renovations such as painting, changing light fixtures, door handles, hinges, and other low-cost but high-impact items. Followed by assistance with staging and decor, professional photos, video, and drone shots, which is all standard. We then market across all of the main media platforms, combined with hosting open houses and private showings. All with the end goal of increasing the value of the property in order to complete a successful transaction.
